I discovered my passion for baking when i was pregnant with my first child. It was brought on by boredom and being limited to do other strenuous physical activities.
"You have to walk around so that it will be easier for you to deliver your baby." That was an old wives tale that my mom told me, my pregnancy was normal so there was no harm in me walking around or standing around for a few minutes a day.
I was on the internet and came across a picture of a scrumptious looking cupcake. I clicked on it and a whole lot more cupcakes popped up; different flavors, designs and sizes. Whilst browsing through the cupcake recipes, I thought of making mini muffins. I started scouting for yummy muffin recipes and found the perfect one!! I made some and made my family taste it, as soon as the muffins came out of the oven my husband came into the kitchen and snatched a piece already. "Wow! Sarap! (delicious)," my husband said.
Ever since then, all I've ever wanted to do was to find more delicious recipes and perfect them.
I will continue to perfect recipes and make scrumptious creations!! :)
